Job Description
Gilsbar is a leading provider of comprehensive employee benefits solutions committed to delivering tailored programs that empower organizations and their workforce. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Benefits Consultant to join our dynamic sales team.
Job Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of benefit programs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targeted revenue goals.
- Monitor trends competitor activities and emerging benefit products to remain competitive.
- Provide ongoing support to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in benefit sales or employee benefits consulting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits products including health dental disability and retirement plans.
- Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with exceptional problemsolving skills.
