Job Description
- Experience with triaging patient phone calls and calling patients with results and recommendations.
- 23 yearsof patient care experience specifically in neurosurgery is preferred.
- Valid Registered NC license in good standing.
- Excellent communication skills with Physicians and APPs.
- Strong assessment decision making skills and is a selfstarter that can work in a team environment.
- Documentation and order entry in EHR.
- Complies with all our processes and HIPAA regulations.
- Applies our values in decisionmaking and interactions with all individuals.
- Promotes a positive work environment through effective teamwork.
- Other duties as assigned by changing needs patient flow or physician request.
