Role description:
Arcadis is seeking an Industrial Water Regional Growth Lead to join our West Coast Design and Engineering team as a seller/doer. This technical position will be key to our growth in the US with a focus on the west coast undertaking conceptual and detailed process design for industrial water treatment and sustainability projects in a variety of industries including Technology Oil & Gas Food & Beverage Life Science Aerospace Automotive Chemical Pulp & Paper.
The Industrial Water Regional Growth Lead will be a key member of Arcadis national practice and will lead and direct the development of industrial water/wastewater projects in California and throughout the western United States across multiple sectors and for numerous Arcadis clients. Industrial Water is one of the fastest growing global business sectors and at Arcadis we are poised for significant growth through the delivery of large complicated projects across a diverse sector of clients and geographies.
This role will sit within the larger Global Resilience Business Area. We work to protect our natural environment and water resources while powering our world for future generations. Around the world were feeling the effects climate change rapid urbanization loss of biodiversity. The rate at which were seeing largescale unforeseen events such as floods and wildfires is becoming more frequent. Role accountabilities:
In this role you will lead Client Management / Development along with serving as a technical expert during the execution of projects. This is a clientfacing role with an expectation to collaborate with various Arcadis locations to support projects and client development nationally as well as globally. This opportunity is ideally suitable for someone who comes from a consulting engineering background within the Water Sector with a focus on Industrial Water/Wastewater Treatment.

We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $131023 $242107. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
