BAYADA Home Health Careis seeking aPhysical Therapist (PT)for a full time position with our new Central NJ Senior Living team a Medicare Certified home health office.
This office provides bestinclass care to adult and geriatric clients living in communities that include assisted living independent living senior congregate living 55 communities and intermediate care facilities for clients with intellectual disabilities throughoutMonmouth County.
*This is a hybrid position that may also include seeing clients in the traditional home health community setting.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- A current NJ Physical Therapist PT license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist PT.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal organizational and problem solving skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
