Job Description
Caesars Entertainment is looking for a Lead Architect to support our technology team. The Lead Architect will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements design HCM/ERP solutions using Oracle Cloud provide technical expertise and leadership in solution implementation and ensure smooth integration with other systems.
Must Have Skills (minimum 7 years)
- Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP solutions and related technologies (Oracle SQL PL/SQLXML concepts Core Java JavaScript Java Webservice concepts (SOAPand REST))
- Experience working as a solution architect
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) implementation experience with Oracle SaaS and 3rd Party Systems
- Knowledge of VBCS conceptsto build custom applications for Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Experience in Oracle HCM Extracts Fast Formulas BI OTBI reports or HCM conversions
- Experience in Oracle ERP FBDI templates and processes to load the FBDI templates into Oracle ERP
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Strong problemsolving skills and logicalreasoning capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have skills
- Experience implementing large scale Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP solutions
- Oracle certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Functional understanding of Oracle fusion applications HCM (recruiting training payroll compensation and performance management) and ERP (General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounting Hub Fixed Assets Project Accounting Procurement)
Duties include
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
- Design implement and maintain HCM/ERP solutions for our stakeholders using Oracle Cloud.
- Create functional and technical designs based on business requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership in the design development and implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure smooth integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud with other systems.
- Collaborate with project teams and implementation partner to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Provide support and guidance to development teams during the development testing and implementation phases.
- Exercises judgment and influence on key technical decisions standards policies environment selection architecture data flows and technical solutions.
- Directs develops and presents to leadership and stakeholders various analyses for feature enablement in Oracle Cloud.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science or an IT related field or a related curriculum from an appropriately accredited institution
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in programming and applications analysis including the design and maintenance of an integrated database system.
