What You Will Do:
- This role is focused on the daytoday project management of the key strategic initiative to assess and repurpose OEM parts for MRO use.
- Manage the flow of parts flowing through the OEM to MRO process.
- Track process performance and report as required through Finance Quality and Transformation. Partner with MRB practitioners to drive completion of required MRB tasks to execute on the process.
- Coordinate with support functions to obtain required resources. Lead with CORE promote principles and contribute to achieving/maintaining goals as a team.
- Promote corporate code of ethical standards and business practice and company policies.
- Provide a high level of communication and cooperation with team World Class safety culture is maintained and respond to all EH&S requirements promptly.
- Perform any other duties deemed necessary by the Leadership Team.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and 8 years experience in Quality operations manufacturing/logistics auditing or engineering OR a Masters degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Possess a strong understanding of effective Quality systems and methodologies and their impact on both the internal and external business environments.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Ability to work in a high energy fast paced manufacturing environment with the ability to adapt to changing business conditions.
- Highly selfdirected able to learn quickly with a strong ability to drive and deliver results.
- Six Sigma green or black belt training and/or lean manufacturing training a plus.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles commuting to and from the assigned site is the employees personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 101000 USD 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
