About The Role:

As a Senior Account Executive at Particle Health youll play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our presence in the healthcare data space. Youll own the full sales cycle from sourcing and developing pipeline opportunities to closing highimpact deals with new customers. Acting as a strategic advisor youll deeply understand the needs of our prospects align our solutions to their goals and craft partnerships that bring value to both the customer and Particle. This is a highvisibility highimpact role that sits at the heart of our gotomarket efforts and helps shape the future of healthcare interoperability.

What Youll Do:

  • Independently develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Manage deals from discovery through pricing negotiation and contracting to drive pipeline conversion.
  • Clearly communicate Particles value propositions and benefits across a range of personasincluding CSuite Developers and Clinicians.
  • Establish strong trusting relationships with prospects and guide them through complex decisionmaking processes.
  • Accurately forecast performance to ensure optimal visibility across the business.
  • Consistently meet or exceed aggressive sales quotas.
  • Cultivate relationships over time to drive pipeline growth at top of funnel.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with SDRs Sales Engineers Strategy and Product teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Leverage tools such as Salesforce (SFDC) Outreach and LinkedIn to manage your pipeline and sales workflow efficiently.

What Were Looking For:

  • 5 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of personally selling and closing complex deals above $200K.
  • Proven success communicating nuanced value propositions and ROI across varied use casesespecially those focused on improving patient outcomes and driving economic value.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with technical clinical and business stakeholders.
  • Selfsufficient and entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Strong decisionmaking skills even in uncertain or ambiguous situations.
  • Detailoriented and focused on learning the goals strategies and pain points of prospective customers.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota in highperformance sales environments.
  • Teamfirst attitude with a focus on whats right for the business not just the individual.
  • Adaptability and resilience in the face of change.
  • Ability to identify core issues quickly and take decisive action.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for transforming the healthcare industry.
  • Nice to haves:
    • Experience selling ADT feeds or working with ADT data in healthcare environments
    • Experience selling APIs
    • Experience in startup environments
