Support field sales by managing inbound customer requests qualifying leads generating quotes and assisting with order entry and followups.
Engage with existing customers to understand their needs respond to product questions and identify opportunities for upsell or crosssellescalating to the appropriate team member when needed.
Take an active role in lead management: qualify prospects track lead progress in CRM and ensure timely handoff to account owners.
Help coordinate territory planning activities by organizing account data logging touchpoints and preparing sales reports.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to support targeted campaigns product launches and promotional efforts.
Maintain clean and accurate CRM recordstrack customer activity update pipelines and ensure followup tasks are completed.
Assist with the After Sales process to help drive attach and upsell rates on existing accounts.
Stay informed on product updates and industry trends so you can confidently support customers and provide valuable input to the sales team.
Qualifications External
13 years of experience in a sales support inside sales or customerfacing roleideally in a technical industrial or B2B environment.
Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or equivalent experience preferred.
Excellent communication skillsyoure responsive professional and comfortable speaking with both customers and internal teams.
Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) email tools and Microsoft Office for managing tasks tracking metrics and reporting.
Wellorganized detailoriented and comfortable juggling multiple requests in a fastmoving environment.
Motivated to learn and grow within a highperformance cultureteamfirst attitude with a strong customer focus.
Bonus: experience assisting with reporting territory planning or campaign support.
