Operations Manager Hudson
Hudson MA
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
We are seeking an operations Manager for a wellestablished specialty contracting company. This role oversees and coordinates daily office and field operations ensuring efficient project delivery strong team support and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across office administration field technicians and shop/warehouse functions
- Supervise and support staff including customer service scheduling and field leads
- Monitor and review scheduling activities to ensure optimized routes and responsiveness
- Manage procurement and inventory to support active and upcoming projects
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure a high level of service
- Assist with workflow planning job readiness and dispatch coordination
- Step in to assist with deliveries materials or field/shop support as needed
- Ensure safety compliance and operational consistency across all departments
- Review job estimates or service quotes for accuracy and alignment with scope
- Ensure effective daily prep and coordination to support technician efficiency
