Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Compile input and reconcile grant financial records for TEHCY reports.
- Complete data entry of District information for specific reports.
- Create and maintain databases and/or spreadsheets to structure and maintain records for the EASE data collection forms.
- Act as a liaison between schools bookkeeping payroll transportation and other offices for grantrelated issues.
- Communicate with parents regarding student residency questionnaires and transportation.
- Communicate with EASE counselors and registrars regarding EASE data collection forms.
- Assist McKinneyVento Liaison with identifying students experiencing homelessness.
- Manage and prepare paperwork involved in monitoring students experiencing homelessness in the EASE Program.
- Process transportation requests for students covered under the McKinneyVento Act.
- Receive and process mileage travel reimbursements time sheets and purchase orders or supplies and reimbursements for TEHCY grant.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the McKinneyVento Liaison and Director of Student Services/Admissions.
