HighLevel Description: The Systems Administrator supports the server compute environment ensuring high availability performance and security. This role requires expertise in managing enterpriselevel systems and maintaining compliance with DIA CIO and federal standards.
Detailed Description: The Systems Administrator will oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of server systems to support missioncritical operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting server issues managing upgrades and patches ensuring system security and optimizing performance. This role will involve collaboration with crossfunctional teams to enhance system efficiency and support ongoing operations. The candidate will also maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and updates.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
Security CE certification and TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph required.
7 years of experience in enterprise server administration.
Proficiency in Windows Server Linux systems and virtualization technologies.
Strong understanding of RMF FISMA and federal IT standards.
