Il rassemble plus de 100 lves de la 6me la Terminale dans un esprit de diversit dinclusion et de comptition. Nous participons plusieurs championnats intercoles chaque anne (Middle & High School filles et garons) et organisons galement un tournoi majeur du rseau AEFE rassemblant plus de 300 joueurs sur 3 jours.

Dans le cadre du dveloppement de notre programme nous recherchons des coachs dynamiques passionns et engags.
Encadrer une ou plusieurs quipes (niveau 6e Terminale)
Planifier et animer les entranements et les matchs
Adapter les contenus selon le niveau et les besoins
Assurer une communication bienveillante avec lves parents et staff
Participer aux runions et formations internes
Incarner les valeurs ducatives et sportives du Lyce
Minimum 1 an dexprience en coaching (scolaire club ou universitaire)
Matrise des fondamentaux techniques et tactiques du volleyball
Trs bonnes capacits de communication et dorganisation
Enthousiasme patience et leadership bienveillant
Capacit dmontrer les exercices
Certification de premiers secours (ou obtenir avant dbut de saison)
Une rmunration attractive : $60/heure

Volleyball is a key part of student life at Rochambeau. Our program includes over 100 players from 6th to 12th grade and is known for its diversityboth in player backgrounds and skill levels. We participate annually in several interschool championships (Middle and High School boys and girls) and host the AEFE French Schools Tournament welcoming over 300 players for a 3day competition.
Weekday sessions (during fall and spring seasons)

As part of the growth and structure of our program we are looking for dynamic passionate and committed volleyball coaches for the upcoming season.
Coach one or more teams (Grades 6 to 12)
Plan and lead practices and matches
Adapt training content to player levels and needs
Communicate effectively and respectfully with players parents school staff and the athletic department
Participate in meetings and internal training as needed
Be a role model of positive leadership on and off the court
Minimum 1 year of volleyball coaching experience (school club or college level)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Mastery of volleyball rules techniques and tactics
Patience enthusiasm and a passion for youth development
Ability to physically demonstrate exercises
Valid First Aid Certification (or to be obtained before the season begins)
Alignment with Rochambeaus educational and athletic values
French/English speakers preferred.
