You will oversee the endtoend production process optimize workflows and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve our goals. Your leadership will empower and develop team members fostering a culture of innovation and problemsolving.
Your Impact
- Oversee the endtoend production process of the value stream and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes improve efficiency and scale production to meet the needs to of the business
- Coach mentor lead empower and develop people (both direct reports and indirect team members) in continuous improvement and problemsolving best practices to facilitate a continuous improvement culture with a growth mindset.
- Lead daily weekly and monthly Gemba reviews to drive alignment and focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Establish performance standards and objectives for the Value Stream Team that align with achieving site and future state goals.
- Develop and implement an annual operating plan including Kaizen opportunities capital plan labor planning productivity projects and production department budget.
- Meet with Value Stream associates regularly to reflect on problems solutions and challenges thereby creating a culture of continuous improvement.
- Scale the FBS culture and drive positive engagement through ongoing development and managing of production supervisors technicians process engineers and other value stream members.
- Partner with other VSLs and senior leadership group to develop business strategies for success staffing optimization and overall site management.
- Reduce the cost of assembly yearonyear by actively encouraging promoting and facilitating the implementation of innovative solutions to ensure quality while delivering lower costs and shorter lead times.

Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- 5 years experience as a people leader
- 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing/production with supervisory role.
- BS degree or higher in related field (Engineering Engineering industrial engineering or other technical degree or equivalent)
- Demonstrated history in achieving production success through leading a continuous improvement culture
- Proven ability to leverage lean manufacturing tools and deliver results (Leading & Sustaining Kaizens Daily Management 5S Single Piece Flow Standard Work Kanban TPM TPI etc)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment to deliver on commitments.
- Additional Experience in Materials Quality or Manufacturing Engineering a plus.
Physical Demands:
Manufacturing Environment includes but not limited to:
- Standing: Particularly for sustained periods of time.
- Walking: Particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another.
- Lifting on occasion 1050 lbs.
