Job Description
The Producer/Director is responsible for all aspects of the programs they support from concept through production and delivery. Utilizes and demonstrates organizational skills creativity selfmotivation and a high production skills. Must have ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously including budget development and management. Moderate amount of travel may be required.
As an Event Producer/Director within Mayo Clinics Event Production team you will play a key role in delivering highimpact productions that educate inspire and advance alignment with Mayo Clinics strategic priorities. Although part of the broader Event Production team this position will be specifically dedicated to supporting cardiovascularrelated events.
In this role you will lead the strategic planning creative design and seamless execution of events in close collaboration with cardiovascular production and event planning teams. Your efforts will ensure each production achieves its intended objectives through expert resource coordination technical excellence and audience engagement.
Candidates should be experienced event production professionals with a proven track record of managing complex events from concept through completion. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail a high degree of creativity and a passion for delivering worldclass attendee experiences. Proficiency in all aspects of event productionincluding budgeting venue and vendor management and compliance with industry standardsis required.
This position will support Cardiovascular Events.
**Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Also Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F1 STEM OPT extension program.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a mediarelated field and a minimum of four (4) years video production required; or eight (8) years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in producing highend events photoshoots or video productions is preferred. Must possess a high level of emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills to be able to effectively interact with senior and executivelevel Mayo Clinic personnel and nonMayo Clinic professionals.
