The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport is looking for Seasonal Laundry Attendant/Washer to join the team.
The hotel is conveniently located nextto SeattleTacoma International Airport. The Link Light Rail station is two blocks from our door and gets you to downtown attractions like Pike Place Market The Space Needle and Lumen Field within 25 minutes. The hotel offers 850 guest rooms and over 34000 square feet of meeting space.
- Classification: Seasonal (Position ends in September)
- Shifts: Full Availability must be able to work evenings weekends and holidays
- The hourly rate for this position is $24.49 to $24.49.
What will I be doing
- A Laundry attendant (Washer)is responsible for collecting soiled linens at the linen chute and sorting into bins and to provide similar services to deliver an excellent Guest experience.
- Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Perform all stages of linen processing including but not limited to collecting transporting sorting weighing loading and unloading (washers dryers and chutes) ironing folding storing and delivering.
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry machinery and laundry area
- Maintain stock levels.
- Respond to guest service issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner.
- Perform additional laundry services as needed.
