Position: Sales Development Representative

Department: Sales Landauer Business
Reports to: Regional Sales Director
Location: Remote
Compensation: Base salary commission

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to drive new business growth and increase our market share. This role is primarily commissionbased making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a resultsoriented environment. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the healthcare and radiation safety sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and grow sales funnel and revenue complete all necessary steps from lead generation opportunity creation and closing of sales among new customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and support lead generation efforts.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales preferably within the healthcare or radiation safety industry.
  • Strong understanding of medical devices and radiation safety products.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
