At World 50 Accelerator we connect senior executives in the healthcare sector with the insights innovations and partnerships they need to lead transformative change. As our Sales Manager youll play a key role in driving membership growth for our exclusive leadership communities while developing and leading a small team of Membership Development Associates (MDAs).
In this highimpact role youll focus on engaging senior healthcare leaders guiding them through the membership journey and building longlasting relationships. Youll also help shape our outreach strategies support onboarding processes and coach junior team members to improve performance and pipeline development. Youll report to the Managing Director of Sales and Partnerships and collaborate closely with Membership Group Leaders to ensure strong alignment between member acquisition and retention.

What Youll Do
- Drive new business by engaging senior healthcare executives and articulating the value of World 50 membership.
- Own the full sales cyclefrom first outreach through closingwith a focus on highvalue relationshipdriven engagements.
- Collaborate with and mentor a team of MDAs supporting their prospecting outreach and pipeline development efforts.
- Track and manage a personal book of business against clear revenue targets.
- Support development of outreach strategies including referral generation and targeted communications.
- Partner with Membership Group Leaders to ensure a seamless handoff and highquality onboarding for new members.
- Build longterm trustbased relationships with healthcare executives and key decisionmakers.
What Were Looking For
- A confident communicator who can engage VP and Clevel executives with ease.
- A collaborative sales professional who thrives in a consultative hightouch environment.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in complex sales environments.
- A peoplefocused leader with experience coaching or managing team members to success.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry including providers health systems or benefitsrelated services.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM) with strong pipeline and organizational skills.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree required.
- 4 years of sales experience ideally in B2B or executivelevel environments.
- Experience selling to senior leaders in the healthcare industry preferred.
- Prior experience mentoring or managing junior sales talent.
