The Brand Guild is looking for a creative curious and detailoriented individual to join our Social Media Team as aSocial Media Fellow! We are a team of experts who craft and tell the stories of some of the nations top missiondriven brands through our breadth of expertise across Public Relations Marketing Content Events and Creative. Our ideal candidate is a naturally curious person with an eye for aesthetics and exemplary organization skills who is excited to help our team carry out campaigns on both a local and national level.

Note:
- This is a parttime position paid hourly at a rate of $20.
- Weekly hours are approximately 25.
- Benefits are not included with this position.
- This position can be in person or hybrid with a minimum of one day/week in our WDC office.

You Will:
Account Support (25%)
- Assist in carrying out daily and monthly social media tasks for 24 clients in the real estate hospitality and spirits industries
- Compile and finalize monthly reports for 24 accounts
- Schedule posts & content for 45 accounts
- Draft client communications manage meeting materials proofread and contribute to all client deliverables
Content Development (60%)
- Manage post copywriting for 23 accounts
- Work with TBGs design team on the development of social media visuals at the request of other social media stakeholders
- Assist with content creation including Canva graphics and Instagram Reel creation
- Source usergenerated content for 24 clients
- Join the TBG team onsite for video/photoshoot and inperson events as needed assisting with capturing content and posting realtime content for events
- Participate in monthly content brainstorming sessions
Community Management (15%)
- Manage our community management process for 25 accounts. This involves checking each clients received messages across platforms every morning and working closely with the Social Media team to ensure responses are aligned with agreedupon messaging.
- Flag any important or redflag items to the team and/or the client carrying out resolutions as they are determined.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year of internship experience in a social media role preferably at an agency. (experience with photography and graphic design preferred)
- Demonstrated social media marketing knowledge across a variety of platforms
- Experience working on a corporate brand or influencer social media account
- Excellent communication and organizational skills including the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- The ability work efficiently both with a team and independently
Nice to Have
- Superb writing skills
- Experience using programs like Canva CapCut and Sprout Social
- Experience capturing content for mediums like Instagram Reels
- A working knowledge of DC and all that the city has to offer!
