Job Description
Dominos in Phoenix United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customerfocused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 5030 W McDowell location. As a vital member of our store youll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our high standards of service.
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders both inperson and over the phone
- Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to Dominos recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment including food preparation areas and dining spaces
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Address customer inquiries concerns and special requests in a professional and friendly manner
- Support other areas of restaurant operations as needed
Qualifications :
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Excellent multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously
- Basic math skills for processing orders and handling cash transactions
- Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and maintain cleanliness standards
- Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues in different areas of the restaurant
- Flexibility to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Food handling experience or willingness to learn proper food safety practices
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial but not mandatory
