Job Description
Star Nursing is seeking LPNs for urgent
Job Details:-
Location: Lubbock TX
-
Facility: SSLC
-
Shifts Available:
-
PM: 8hr 40hrs/week must be flexible w/weekends
-

LVN Pay rate:
Local: $35/hr.
With housing: $28/hr. (subject to hotel availability and pricing)Travel: $14/hr taxable $1000/wk. non taxable) / 14/25
** Must be 50 miles away from permanent residence to qualify for housing allowance**

Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
-
Monitor and document vital signs
-
Observe and report changes in patient conditions
-
Assist with wound care dressing changes and other medical treatments
-
Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions
-
Assist patients with mobility and personal hygiene tasks
-
Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
-
Ensure compliance with facility policies and infection control protocols
Step 1:

Resume with longterm care experience
-
Active LPN license
-
Current BLS/CPR certification
-
Skills checklist
-
12 recent supervisor references
Step 2 (Upon Offer):

Physical and PPD (within the last 12 months)
-
MMR Varicella Hep B (or decline)

Tdap/Flu (or decline)
-
COVID negative test (current)
-
LGBT Training Certification

Background check and urine drug screen

Copy of drivers license and Social Security card
