Senior Administrative Assistant

Contract 3 Years

Location Birmingham AL

Job Summary:

The Senior Administrative Assistant provides expertlevel administrative support and leadership to ensure seamless daily operations and drive organizational efficiency. Leveraging over 11 years of administrative experience this role is responsible for complex scheduling highlevel meeting coordination document preparation and budget tracking while serving as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert administrative support across departments ensuring operational efficiency.

  • Independently manage calendars schedules and appointments prioritizing critical tasks.

  • Coordinate and organize highprofile meetings conferences and events managing all logistics agendas and followups.

  • Prepare edit and review complex documents reports presentations and correspondence with a high level of accuracy.

  • Conduct indepth research data analysis and compile comprehensive reports to support executive decisionmaking.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Oversee budget management expense tracking and assist in financial reporting to ensure policy compliance.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners providing highquality communication and interpersonal support.

Qualifications:
  • 11 years of administrative experience preferably supporting senior executives or in a leadership admin role.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

  • Strong knowledge of organizational processes document management and calendar coordination.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and deliver quality under pressure.

  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality with high ethical and professional standards.
