Job Description
Job Title: Contract Pathologists Assistant (ASCP Certified)
Location: Large University Hospital Setting Boston MA
Duration: 13 Weeks (with High Potential for Extension or Permanent Offer)
Shift: Day Shift
We are seeking an experienced and ASCPcertified Pathologists Assistant (PA) for a 13week contract at a prestigious university hospital. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work in a highvolume complex surgical pathology environment with potential for extension or permanent hire.
Key Responsibilities:-
Gross highcomplexity surgical pathology specimens independently and accurately

Ensure quality and safety protocols are followed throughout the specimen examination process

Collaborate with pathologists residents and lab staff in a fastpaced academic medical center

Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to institutional and regulatory standards

ASCP certification as a Pathologists Assistant (Required)

Minimum of 2 years of grossing experience including highcomplexity cases

Strong understanding of anatomy and pathology specimen handling

Excellent communication organizational and technical skills

Experience in a university or academic medical center preferred
