Job Description
We are Para la Naturaleza a nonprofit environmental organization based in Puerto Rico and we are looking for a candidate to join our team! Our Income Coordinator is responsible for maximizing revenue and financial sustainability within the organizations framework and vision through strategic pricing inventory and data analysis. This position involves implementing revenue management strategies based on market analysis customer behavior and industry trends to ensure financial objectives are met.
This position requires willingness to travel work extended hours weekends and holidays. Seeking candidates for our Accounting Unit at Old San Juan. We have one (1) full time regular job opportunity. It is a hybrid position (work in office and remotely).
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college in Finance Economy Business Administration or related areas.
3 years of minimum experience in revenue management or financial analysis. Experience using data analysis tools financial management and financial reports.
Experience with ERPs (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRMs (Customer Relationship Management) programs.
Experience in customer service presentations and investigation projects.
Fully bilingual excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Proficiency in word processing worksheets and presentation programs such as MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and knowledge in operating systems like Windows & MAC.
