Custodial Supervisor
Monday Friday 5:30pm10:30pm
The Custodial Supervisor ensures that all janitorial tasks meet company standards for cleanliness maintenance hygiene and appearance of buildings and facilities.
- Supervise train and perform hands on cleaning duties with staff to ensure effective performance and adherence to safety and cleaning protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas and provide feedback to staff.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used properly and maintained in good working condition.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.
- Address and resolve any cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and environmental regulations.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment chemicals and best practices.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ability to stand walk bend and kneel for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions including exposure to cleaning chemicals.
- This position may require working weekends and/or holidays depending on facility needs.
- The role may involve exposure to dust cleaning chemicals and other environmental factors.
- This position requires driving to multiple facilities
- Other duties as assigned
Hourly wage $17.00$19.00
