Production Supervisor
Compensation: Starting annual salary of $ three performance bonuses a year!

Responsibilities:
- Execute the selection coaching mentoring development and performance management of a production team encompassing 610 direct reports responsible for machine operation quality control and production efficiency.
- Lead teams by allocating resources to meet daily production schedules and business needs. Ensure production orders are processed in an accurate complete and timely manner.
- Facilitate employee training and build succession within the production department.
- Implement continuous improvement principles to reduce scrap rates enhance product quality and optimize production throughput.
- Evaluate and improve process capabilities and personnel productivity through regular monitoring feedback and datadriven analysis. Provide consultation to team members as needed.
- Ensure safety procedures are strictly followed by team members. Identify and communicate safetyrelated continuous improvement opportunities to leadership.
Qualifications
Ideal Qualifications:
- Orientation to people management and talent development.
- Prior experience with production schedules (or scheduling rules) for operations.
- Microsoft Office software skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Accomplished time management and problem resolution skills.
- Experience with LEAN practices / methodologies desired.
- Experience with 5S or 6S housekeeping methods desired.
Work Environment:This is a manufacturing plant environment exposure to high temperatures moving machinery moving equipment heights and confined spaces.
