- Promptly call and book new patient appointments
- Follow up with leads via phone text and email to answer questions and guide them toward care
- Research and schedule corporate health fairs wellness events and speaking opportunities for our providers
- Maintain outreach logs and assist with light CRM or appointment tracking
- Support light administrative tasks during your weekly inoffice shift
- Clear professional phone presence a quiet distractionfree environment is required when making calls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detailoriented
- Comfortable speaking with new people and representing a healthfocused brand
- Selfmotivated and able to manage tasks independently
- Basic sales customer service or outreach experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Fort Worth businesses or local community events is helpful
- Interest in health wellness or chiropractic care is preferred (but not required)
- Mostly remote work with flexible hours
- Includes evening availability to support lead responsiveness
