What Youll Be Doing:
- Youll take on meaningful work across the litigation process including discovery motion practice mediations and direct client communication. You wont be stuck behind the scenesyoull grow through handson experience and mentorship.
Compensation & Perks:
- Base salary ranges from $100000 to $130000 with bonus incentives tied to billable hours a 20% origination bonus on collected fees a healthcare stipend firmpaid disability coverage PTO and a discretionary yearend bonus.
