We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for our corporate office in Altamonte Springs FL. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude strong communication skills critical thinking skills for problem solving detailoriented and able to multitask through a variety of assignments and responsibilities all of which are the foundation for success in this position.
Responsibilities:- Enter and pay all invoices
- Check site expense registers against actual invoices for accuracy
- Manage vendor statements and inquires
- Complete forms for Puerto Rico vendor tax reporting
