Job Description
This is hybrid role in the Huntsville AL area
Job Summary:
Accurately inputs and monitors jobs according to client and company procedures
Enters jobs into internal job tracking program
Supports department manager and staff with updates and disposition of jobs
Routine and project specific correspondence to staff and clients
Filing and maintaining project documentation and organization
Interact with clients coworkers and customers daily
Notifies various entities as needed to update work order status as project progresses
Responds to inquires in a timely manner
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of data entry experience
3 or more years experience tracking jobs for a utility construction electrical engineering or telecommunications company
Strong Critical Thinking skills and Attention to Detail
Strong written and verbal communications
Work independently and with little supervision
Proficient with Microsoft Office products and routine office equipment
