Delaware Corporate Services
Delaware Corporate Services Inc. (DCS) acts as Registered Agent for companies throughout the US. We assist clients with all of their filings and document retrieval needs with respect to Secretary of State and other governmental offices in all 50 states. Leveraging our industry experience and extensive client contacts DCS has developed a network of agents throughout the United States and around the globe. The administrative skills and dedication of the small Delaware Corporate Services team are critical to the continuing success of the department as clients rely on our accuracy attention to detail and the personalised service we offer.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Temporary Office Administrator to join our closely knit team and to take responsibility for all aspects of corporate filings administration for a wide range of clients and credit control. Training will be provided in the detail of the work provided applicants have strong administrative skills a commitment to customer service and the ability to take initiative and to learn new processes. Experience of corporate services registered agent and UCC services desirable. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a highly regardedorganisation working as part of a friendly and busy team.
Main Responsibilities
All aspects of Credit Control
Answering phone calls ordering office supplies for the office
Supporting customers to include law firms corporation and small business companies in a wide range of services such as preparing and filing corporate documents: incorporating qualifying and dissolving entities uniform commercial code filings and entity status searches with various jurisdictions
Obtaining name availability searches status searches certified and plain copies certificate of good standings in all jurisdictions.
Researching information for clients
Collections for past due invoices and annual renewal fees
Responsibility for filing all companys certificate of resignations
Obtain document retrieval for various Secretary of State and International
Run monthly reports from Time Matters for Registered Agent Invoices
Essential Knowledge Skills Experience
Solid experience in process administration particularly in dealing with high volumes of work. Experience in a legal organisation/environment is also essential to give some familiarity with legal documentation and processes
Strong organisational skills a highly systematic and logical approach and the ability to multitask
A friendly and helpful manner and the ability to work within a small and closely knit team
Commitment to a high level of customer service
A high level of attention to detail and a conscientious approach clients pay us for our accuracy and care in getting things right
Good communication skills and a confident telephone manner. The ability to deal with people at all levels on the telephone and by e mail
3 years experience in corporate filing or similar type role
Solid experience working with legal documentation
DCIS State System (Delaware)
