Summary
Bristol Myers Squibb Cell Therapy organization is developing novel cellular immunotherapies based on two distinct and complementary platforms Chimeric Antigen Receptors (CARs) and T Cell Receptors (TCRs) technologies. Our goal is to revolutionize medicine by reengaging the bodys immune system to treat cancer.
The Drug Product Process Development department within the Cell Therapy organization is seeking selfdriven individuals to join its innovationfocused multidisciplinary development teams that are focused on advancing new products and enabling technologies. This development role will be part of a team of associates engineers and scientists that develop processes and technologies for manufacturing Tcell therapies. Responsibilities include experimental design execution data analysis drafting of technical reports and presentation of results.
The responsibilities of this labbased role on the Breyanzi Program team will ultimately support of the drug product process control strategy regulatory filings and commercialization of latestage manufacturing Tcell therapies.
Job Responsibilities
Perform laboratory operations to execute both smallscale and atscale experiments including thaw activation transduction inoculation harvest and cryopreservation
Perform routine sampling for cell counts metabolic analysis and product quality analysis. Prepare and maintain cell culture reagents and media
Execute laboratory experiments with minimal supervision to characterize the impact of process parameters variation on drug product attributes.
Author reports detailing experimental work and summarizing results for presentation of findings.
Organize record and maintain large experimental data sets across multiple studies.
Document all experiments in electronic laboratory notebooks adhering to documentation policy
Ensure proper operation and perform routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with policies/procedures/regulations.
