Job Summary

Lead a sales team by providing guidance training and mentorship setting sales quotas and goals. Create sales plans analyzing data assigning sales territories and building sales team.
Responsibilities:
Motivating and advising sales representatives to improve their performance as well as hiring and training.
Achieve their objectives through effective planning setting sales goals analyzing data on past performance and projecting future performance.
Collaborate with marketing to generate new lead sources.
Expand the target customer base.
Work with product and research teams to make sure customer needs are met.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business or related field.
5 years of experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
