Job Description
- Prepare and set up beveling and edging machines according to production requirements.
- Adjust calibrated gauges handwheels and other controls to ensure that grinding wheels operate within close tolerances.
- Use hand tools to assemble product and test function.
- Load/Unload and basic operation of drill band saw CNC mill and vibratory tumbler.
- Visually and manually check beveled and polished edges for smoothness and accuracy.
- Reject or set aside defective products and adjust machine settings as needed ensuring that all outputs meet strict quality standards.
- Perform routine cleaning of the machine and the work area maintaining a contaminationfree environment crucial for highquality beveled finishes.
- Conduct minor repairs and routine maintenance such as cleaning off polishing compound residues adjusting settings or lubricating machine parts.
- Escalate technical or persistent faults to the maintenance team or supervisors for further intervention.
- Must be able to meet the daily job assignment set by Production Supervisor and consistently produce highquality work.
- Ability to listen and follow through with instructions.
- Must be selfmotivated you will be working independently.
- Performs all other duties assigned.
- Onthe job training is provided
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds
- Ability to perform precision tasks with keen eyesight and focus.
- Requires find motor skills for precise handling of tools gages and equipment.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
