ServerWinter Seasonal
The server performs finedining service points in any of the food and beverage outlet to which they are assigned. Adapting to the specific service at any of the outlets Glitretind Room Service Banqueting or Troll Hallen Buffet or A la carte Chena or 7880 the Server offers service to the guests dining at the resort.
Essential Functions:
- Sets up kitchen and dining room work areas in a timely thorough and consistent manner.
- Maintains all work areas in a neat efficient manner during service
- Displays knowledgeable command of menu items and products offered in his/her outlet as well as specific Lodge and general local and greater area information
- Clean up break down and reset of work station and dining room performed thoroughly and efficiently
Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Previous serving experience required
