Delivery Driver (Class B Required)/Backup Warehouse Associate - Atlanta

Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products operating out of 27 branches throughout the United States.

Position: Were growing and currently seeking a Delivery Driver/Backup Warehouse Associate to join our team! In this role your primary responsibility will be delivering materialsprimarily hardwood lumber hardware and related supplies.

When not on deliveries youll support warehouse operations by assisting with receiving unloading storing materials and picking and loading products to fulfill customer orders. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fastpaced environment.

Your DaytoDay: to crush it in our warehouse youll need to:

• 75% delivery and 25% warehouse
• Use your CDL B license to deliver products using a curtainside box truck
• Potentially load and unload your truck depending on the customer.
• Work safely attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies
• Offload trucks with materials from our vendor and load trucks with product to ship to our customers.
• Operate a forklift; forklift operator experience and certification are a must!
• Ensure that material loaded for delivery matches customer orders.
• Work safely attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies
• Lift extremely heavy awkward products (up to 50100 pounds with a helper) repeatedly to store and load onto a truck.

• Must have a history of being a truck driver delivery driver and possess a valid CDL B.
• Must be a certified forklift operator.

• Highly organized and selfmotivated you should be a selfstarter who doesnt require constant supervision.
• Experienced driver with a Class B drivers license (or CDL A) and medical card
• Able to pass drug test background Clearinghouse and motor vehicle preemployment screen
• Required to pass a driving test.
• Must be able to pass a physical examination as required by the U. S. Department of Transportation and provide a valid medical card
• This role is a Safety Sensitive position and subject to routine drug screenings.
