The Opportunity
Our team at the Monash University Performing Arts Centres are looking for experienced customer service staff to join our Front of House team. Representing MPAC across five unique performing arts venues you will be the first point of interaction for our visitors ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable in attending the range of events we have to offer. To be successfully considered for these opportunities you will have demonstrated facetoface customer service experience acquired ideally within the performing arts or hospitality industries. You will demonstrate high levels of customer service experience through a warm and welcoming personality whilst also being able to display empathy at all times. You will be a strong team player and enjoy collaborating with others with a key focus on safety and appropriate process and procedure adherence.A current uptodate Working with Children Check and RSA certificate are essential to be considered. First Aid and/or emergency management training or experience is highly regarded and candidates with tour guide experience are also encouraged to apply.
