The Role: Engineer Delivery
Presidio is seeking a Delivery Engineerto join our team to support our client base throughout the Georgia region and nationally. This individual will lead small to large projects on their own or as part of a team including consulting planning designing and implementing complex network and security engagements. The engineer will be responsible for projects upgrades documentation and troubleshooting for all project and nonprojectbased work.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading complex largescale SDWAN Security projects
• Creating detailed implementationlevel Designs that align with the business strategy the customers budget and operational support capabilities.
• Performing Network and Security Assessments including Architecture Configuration using OEM best practices
• Preparing and presenting documentation deliverables to customers explaining technical concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences and managing the customers expectations
• Business Acumen understanding how the technology aligns with the customers business objectives.
• Manage client Relationships ensuring customer satisfaction while balancing multiple client project opportunities.
• Communication and Stakeholder management collaborating as part of a multifunctional team with Sales PreSales Project Management and other delivery/engineering resources
• ProblemSolving & Analytical Thinking by identifying issues and proposing innovative solutions.
• Troubleshooting and trouble resolution of complex issues and assisting team members in solving problems with their deployments.
• Critical Thinking making datadriven decisions and anticipating challenges before they arise.

Required Skills and Professional Experience

• Experienced expert with complex multiprotocol routing and switching solutions (Cisco Arista Juniper)
• Extensive knowledge and experience with:
• Palo Alto Networks Product Portfolio
• Panorama
• Prisma Access
• Prisma Cloud
• Cisco Security Product Portfolio
• DNA / pxGrid Integration
• dACL SGT
• ISE NAC Posture and Provisioning for Wired Wireless and VPN
• FirePower / FTD Firewalls Meraki MX: Configuration tuning troubleshooting
• FMC Management
• Various security parameters and harden access to devices
• Core Routing and Switching platforms with focus on design configuration and troubleshooting using Cisco Best Practices
• Network design and implementation including designing IP addressing
• OSPF BGP EIGRP. Redistribution of protocols and loop prevention
• TCP/IP protocol stack TCP/IP headers and packets the OSI model and commonly used TCP/UDP ports and associated services
• Strong expert level with routing and switching troubleshooting
• Strong verbal written and presentation communication skills
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
• Must have a 35 years of related project implementation experience
