Job Description
Infosys is seeking an exceptional Java Solutions Architect with strong industry experience to provide strategic technical leadership across our organization. This distinguished position requires comprehensive mastery of Java Spring Boot backend systems React frontend development and enterprisescale architectural patterns. As our Solutions Architect you will establish the technical vision drive innovation and provide authoritative guidance that shapes our technology landscape for years to come.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Nashville TN or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of overall IT experience.
Core Architectural Expertise
Java & Spring Boot: Expertlevel understanding of Java ecosystem and Spring Boot architecture
React & Modern Frontend: Comprehensive knowledge of React architecture patterns and frontend ecosystems
CloudNative Design: Deep expertise in designing cloudnative applications with emphasis on AWS and Azure platforms
Microservices Architecture: Authoritative knowledge of microservices patterns implementation and governance
Backend Technologies
Mastery of Core Java principles performance optimization and concurrency patterns
Expertlevel knowledge of Spring ecosystem particularly Spring Data JPA and transaction management
Deep understanding of REST API design GraphQL and API gateway patterns
Advanced knowledge of template engines like Thymeleaf in enterprise contexts
Experience architecting solutions with Camunda BPMN for complex business processes
Frontend Architecture
Strategic approach to React component design state management and rendering optimization
Architectural patterns for NextJS implementations at enterprise scale
Performance optimization strategies for JavaScript applications
Governance approaches for UI component libraries (MUI Bootstrap)
Build system optimization and module federation approaches
Data Architecture
Database architecture across multiple paradigms (MySQL MongoDB DynamoDB)
Data modeling strategies for complex business domains
Master data management and data governance approaches
Schema design and evolution strategies
Performance optimization for hightransaction systems
Integration & Enterprise Patterns
Enterprise messaging architecture using RabbitMQ Kafka and AWS SQS
Eventdriven architecture patterns and implementation strategies
Experience designing complex integration flows with Apache Camel
Notification architecture and delivery patterns (Sendgrid AWS SNS)
Enterprise Architecture: Demonstrable experience designing and implementing largescale enterprise systems

Secure data handling and compliance architectures
Search platform architecture with Apache Solr
Comprehensive testing strategies across unit integration and E2E tests
Logging and monitoring architecture (Instana Splunk CloudWatch)
Disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Performance testing and scalability validation approaches
History of successful architecture leadership and governance implementation
Experience presenting architectural concepts to Clevel executives and boards
Proven ability to influence crossfunctional stakeholders without direct authority
Track record of mentoring senior technical staff and developing architectural capability
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
Relevant architectural certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Professional Azure Solutions Architect Expert etc.)
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
