Summary
All Native Group is seeking a techforward entrylevel Business Development Data Analyst to support modernization efforts in identifying qualifying and tracking government contracting opportunities. This role combines traditional business development with modern technologies including AI tools data analytics automation platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce/Technomile) to improve pipeline development and strategic planning. Ideal for someone curious about the federal contracting space and passionate about uncovering insights from large datasets this position is handson and offers exposure to key areas of the government acquisition lifecycle. The successful candidate will collaborate with crossfunctional teams automate workflows and produce actionable insights that inform capture and proposal efforts.

Essential Functions
Identify and qualify government contracting opportunities from platforms like FPDS GovWin and USAspending.
Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Claude) to synthesize research and generate internal briefings.
Automate workflows using Microsoft Power Automate Zapier or similar tools to streamline data collection and analysis.
Analyze market industry and competitor data to inform capture strategy pricing and proposal positioning.
Extract clean and visualize data from internal and external sources using Excel Power BI Tableau or similar tools.
Develop dashboards and reports that summarize market trends pipeline activity and agency forecasts.
Support the creation and maintenance of opportunity tracking in Salesforce/Technomile including data entry status updates and reporting.
Monitor BDrelated tools and technologies to propose efficiency improvements.
Assist in preparing summaries from webinars conferences and industry events using transcription or notetaking AI tools.
Collaborate with proposal and capture managers to gather opportunity intelligence maintain content libraries and update templates.
Present findings and methodology clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a fulltime position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend hours required as required by business need.

Experience
02 years of experience in data analysis business development market research or marketing analytics (government contracting experience is a plus)
Familiarity with federal contracting platforms ( GovWin USAspending FPDS) is preferred.
Experience in technical writing proposal development or knowledge of the FAR is a bonus.
Experience working collaboratively with Business Development Proposal and Capture teams.
Education


Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelors degree in Data Analytics Business Administration Information Systems Political Science or related field.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship required; must be eligible to obtain a security clearance if needed.
Understanding of Shipley or similar proposal development methodologies is a plus.
