What You Will Do:
As a NetApp Storage Engineer youll play a critical role in designing implementing and maintaining the NetApp storage infrastructure. Your work will ensure data integrity availability and security while continuously optimizing system performance and capacity to meet demanding requirements. Youll be at the forefront of technological advancements contributing to solutions that safeguard our nation.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
Experience with NetApp storage technologies and concepts.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience troubleshooting storage issues analyze performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize storage performance.
Experience performing capacity planning and forecasting to ensure storage resources are available to meet business needs.
Experience developing and implementing data backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
Experience with the security and compliance of the storage infrastructure implementing appropriate security hardening measures and following DISA best practices.
Experience providing technical support to internal teams and customers regarding NetApp storage solutions.
Experience with SAN NAS and iSCSI Snapmirror SVMDR Flexcache Snapcenter and Unified Manager and BlueXP.
Certifications: NetApp certifications (e.g. NCDA)
