Job Description
Surge Staffing (New Philadelphia Ohio) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Advisor to partner with our business leaders to develop and implement strategic talent acquisition and management plans.
*This role is a parttime position (9am2pm) which may develop into a fulltime role
Heres a more detailed look at what the role entails:
Recruiting and Screening:
- Identifying interviewing and assessing potential candidates for various roles
Client Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Candidate Placement:
- Successfully placing candidates in suitable positions ensuring a good fit between the candidate and the client.
Sales and Business Development:
- Contributing to the companys overall revenue goals by generating new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts.
Communication and Reporting:
- Maintaining clear communication with candidates and clients and accurately reporting on your activities and results.
To be considered candidates should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:(Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Superior Customer Service Skills
