Key Responsibilities:

Serve bottles of liquor cocktails and mixed drinks providing recommendations as needed.
Prepare and set up hookah stations ensuring cleanliness and proper equipment usage.
Maintain knowledge of menu items special promotions and current offerings.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining and hookah areas.
Handle cash and process payments accurately including tips and tab management.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food service and hookah preparation.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a server or bartending role is preferred.
Knowledge of hookah preparation and maintenance is a plus.
Excellent communication interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and comply with local regulations.
Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
