You will be responsible for;
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions menu items and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- To take time and get to know the guests and to be committed to service excellence.
- To provide service that is sincere warm and enthusiastic ensuring the guests satisfaction.
- A team player and effectively communicate with our Kitchen Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly
Qualifications :
Your experince and skills include;
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Min of 1 year experience in job-related positions. Prior hotel and job-related experience is a must.
- Must maintain a neat clean and well-groomed appearance per Hotel standards.
Additional Information :
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
Additional languages are a plus.
