Job Description
The Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist reports to the Oncology Pharmacy Manager. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to optimize the delivery of care of oncology patients ensuring relevant safety regulatory certification and/or accreditation standards are maintained and utilize specialized knowledge of anticancer therapy administration symptom management and supportive care while providing education to patients and their families.
Will be providing clinical support for Kershaw oncology services as well as coverage for other oncology clinical needs in Charleston.
PGY2 Oncology residency training preferred.
Additional Job Description
Minimum Training and Education: Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelors degree in pharmacy. Completion of a pharmacy residency Licensure Certifications Registrations: Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
