The Receiving Coordinator at Ohio Gratings will oversee the accurate and timely receipt of goods verifying quantities inspecting for damages and ensuring proper coordination with internal teams and departments as needed. This role requires attention to detail adherence to safety standards and alignment with Ohio Gratings mission vision and guiding principles. The individual must be prepared to work in various weather conditions and comply with the companys drugfree workplace and safety policies.

The Receiving Coordinator will be responsible for accepting inspecting unloading and storing raw and finished goods materials ensuring all deliveries are accurately processed in the ERP system. They will work closely with the Purchasing and Accounting teams to resolve discrepancies. This position requires maintaining an organized receiving area working independently in a fastpaced environment and adhering to safety protocols. The coordinator will mentor and train other receiving associates create and drive best practices prioritize team workloads to ensure efficient operations and adherence to company standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive inspect and unload deliveries of supplies and raw materials. Ensure all receiving transactions are accurately processed and documented.
Use the ERP system to track inventory update quantities and ensure accurate documentation of all materials received.
Ensure that all goods are properly stored in designated areas and maintain a clean organized receiving area.
Process returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items.
Assist with periodic cycle counts.
Operate industrial lift truck and crane hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
Must be able to use hand and power tools safely.
Comply with all operating procedures instructions and safety rules.
Communicate effectively with and work well with others including during shift changes.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions while adhering to safety and drugfree workplace policies.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervision.
EDUCATION WORK EXPERIENCEAND PROFICIENCIES:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred qualifications: at least 3 years of experience in material handling or receiving.
Proficiency with inventory management systems and ERP software.
Strong data entry and computer skills.
Ability to read and understand standard and metric measures perform basic arithmetic and write clear notes or memos.
A driven team player with excellent organizational skills attention to detail and effective communication abilities.
Motivated to learn grow and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Regularly perform repetitive movement tasks including standing walking stooping bending reaching and grasping.
Regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds using proper lifting techniques or equipment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Regularly work on the production floor requiring the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Exposure to noise dust heat and cold.
Work around machinery and tools requiring strict adherence to safety standards.
