Beloform is currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented Entry Level Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service enjoys working in a teamoriented environment and is looking to grow within a supportive company. As an Entry Level Account Manager you will be responsible for managing client accounts supporting campaign execution and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing daytoday client accounts and communications
Support the development and implementation of account strategies
Track client performance and prepare basic reporting
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and updates
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations
Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
Attend training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred but not required
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
No prior account management experience requiredtraining will be provided
