Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and dedicated Client Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening client relationships by providing outstanding support and ensuring client needs are met efficiently and professionally. This position requires excellent communication skills a proactive approach and a commitment to delivering highquality service.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
Manage client accounts and ensure accurate documentation and communication
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requests are fulfilled
Prepare reports service updates and meeting summaries
Assist in onboarding new clients and supporting retention efforts
Resolve issues or escalate when necessary to maintain satisfaction
Monitor client feedback and recommend service improvements
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field
Proven experience in client services account management or customer relations
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
