Reboot Staff is currently seeking a detailoriented and dependable Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our growing team in Austin TX. This role combines accurate data entry with frontline customer support ensuring that client information is handled with precision and care.
Responsibilities
Enter and update customer data into internal systems with high accuracy
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
Resolve client issues by clarifying concerns researching answers and following up
Maintain and organize digital records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective customer service
Verify the accuracy of data before input and make necessary corrections
Maintain confidentiality and security of client information
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry and/or customer service roles
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
Problemsolving mindset and ability to work under pressure
