We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Communications Assistant to support our communications and marketing department in delivering effective messaging and cohesive branding strategies. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in marketing campaigns written communication and internal and external messaging. The ideal candidate will work closely with the communications team and department managers to ensure brand consistency and clear communication across all platforms.
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing and communication materials
Draft and edit content for newsletters internal updates press releases and promotional materials
Coordinate with different departments to support branding initiatives and communication strategies
Help organize and prepare materials for presentations events and meetings
Conduct market research to support campaign planning and messaging
Track and report on the performance of communication efforts
Maintain organized records and content archives
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
12 years of experience in marketing public relations or a similar communications role preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel)
Knowledge of branding campaign coordination and corporate messaging
