Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Event Coordinator to join our team. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning organizing and executing a wide range of events from conception through to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills communication abilities and a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute events including corporate meetings conferences and private gatherings
Coordinate all aspects of the event including venue selection catering vendors logistics and budgeting
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before during and after events
Ensure all events are delivered on time within budget and meet highquality standards
Prepare detailed event proposals schedules and reports
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
Conduct postevent evaluations and implement improvements for future events
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Communications or a related field
13 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving ability
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
